Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

In short: Provine gives your shop a storefront and tools to run made-to-order work. Your shop sells to its own customers and is responsible for those sales. Use Provine lawfully, keep your account secure, and we'll do our best to keep it running.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Fusion Frameworks LLC ("Provine", "we"). By creating an account, starting a shop, or using Provine, you agree to them. If you use Provine for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you can.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
  • Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Shop owners and admins decide who joins their shop and with what role, and are responsible for their team's use of Provine.
  • Tell us promptly at rolando@fusionframeworks.co if you suspect misuse.

3. Your shop and your customers

Your shop is the seller. Your contract for each sale is between your shop and its customer; Provine isn't a party to it. You're responsible for your products and their descriptions and prices, fulfilment, refunds and returns, customer service, taxes, and following the laws that apply to your business and to the information you collect from customers, including telling them how you use it.

4. Payments

Card payments run through Stripe on your shop's own Stripe account, and your shop is the merchant of record. Using them means you also agree to Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe's fees, payouts, refunds and disputes are between you and Stripe. If Provine ever adds a fee to card payments, we'll tell you before it applies. Payments you record by hand (cash, transfers and so on) are your own records.

5. Trial and plans

New shops start with a 14-day free trial. Provine doesn't currently charge shops for its plans. Before we start charging, we'll tell you the price and terms in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Provine to:

  • sell anything illegal, or break any law or anyone else's rights;
  • mislead customers, impersonate anyone, or pretend to be Provine;
  • send spam, or collect people's information without a lawful basis;
  • upload malware, or probe, overload or get around Provine's security or limits;
  • access other shops' data or accounts that aren't yours.

We may remove content or suspend a shop that breaks these rules.

7. Your content

You own what you put into Provine: your products, photos, branding and records. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run Provine for you, including showing your storefront and product photos publicly. Make sure you have the right to use everything you upload.

8. The "Ask Provine" assistant

The assistant, powered by our VerbRail service, answers questions using your shop's data. It uses OpenAI to understand questions, as described in the Privacy Policy. Its answers can be wrong; check anything important before relying on it.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. For your customers' information, we act on your shop's behalf and follow your instructions as expressed through Provine.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Provine running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features; if we remove something important you rely on, we'll give reasonable notice.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Provine at any time; email us to close your account or shop. We may suspend or close an account or shop that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, with notice where reasonable. Some records, such as payment history, may be kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

Provine is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Provine is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

14. Indemnity

You'll cover claims by others (including your customers) that arise from your shop, your products, your content or your breach of these terms, and the reasonable costs of them.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes will be heard in its courts, except where the law where you live says otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell account holders in advance by email or in Provine. Continuing to use Provine after changes take effect means you accept them.
